Culture Is Built in the Small Moments

Most people think company culture is built during retreats or team meetings.

I believe it's built between them.

Culture is shaped by the conversations you have.

The encouragement you give.

The standards you reinforce.

That's why I regularly send our team something that made me think.

A movie clip.

A page from a book.

A podcast.

A social media reel.

Not because it's interesting.

Because it supports the culture we're trying to build.

Leadership isn't always about giving answers.

Sometimes it's about giving people a new perspective.

Those small moments create lasting impact.

So ask yourself:

What are you intentionally doing to nurture your culture every day?
