The Work You Don't See

People often mistake something that feels effortless for something that was easy.

In reality, the opposite is usually true.

They rarely see the intentional effort behind it.

And that's okay.

Because good leadership isn't about getting credit for the work behind the scenes.

It's about creating experiences that feel effortless for everyone else.
