Rachel Svoboda is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and single mother of two. She launched her first company, Sunday Brunch Agency in 2016, as the first fully remote, female-owned marketing agency in Orange County. Today, Sunday Brunch continues to thrive with a full-time team and clients spanning Orange County, across the U.S., and around the globe. The agency proudly partners with independently owned brands, businesses, professionals, and even political figures—delivering strategic marketing that drives results and reflects shared values.
Since launching Sunday Brunch, Rachel has founded seven additional businesses, including a private investment firm, a premium bourbon brand, and an education platform that mentors emerging entrepreneurs. She was named a 2025 finalist for the Women Changing the World Awards and continues to champion innovation, ethical leadership, and economic empowerment for women.

Rachel is the founder and CEO of Sunday Brunch Agency, the first fully remote, female-owned marketing agency in Orange County. Since its launch in 2016, Sunday Brunch has grown into a nationally recognized full-service agency with a full-time team and a client roster that spans Orange County, the U.S., and international markets. Known for its strategic storytelling and results-driven campaigns, the agency partners with independently owned brands, businesses, professionals, and political figures across multiple industries.
Rachel’s entrepreneurial footprint extends far beyond Sunday Brunch. She is the founder of Lynxx Spirits, the first bourbon brand crafted by an all-female team. Lynxx’s signature straight bourbon, which drinks like a rich wine rather than a harsh whiskey, earned a Gold Medal at the World Spirits Competition, setting a new standard for women in the spirits industry.
She is also the co-founder of The Young Entrepreneur Syndicate, an education platform that mentors and trains emerging entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporations in business skills and leadership development. Rachel is passionate about helping others rise—whether through mentorship, marketing, or mindset.
In addition, she co-founded LidoNB LLC, a modern-day holding company and private investment firm that partners with startups and established companies across industries including media, financial services, spirits, real estate, and more. Through LidoNB, Rachel continues to invest in visionary ideas and principled leadership.
Rachel is the author of the best-selling book “Grit & Grace: A Woman’s Guide to Empowerment, Personal Development, Business Leadership, and Success,” which chronicles her own journey while offering practical tools for navigating the intersection of life, work, and personal growth.
Her achievements have earned national recognition. She is a 2025 finalist for the Women Changing the World Awards, a Great Companies International Women Entrepreneurs Award winner, and a multiple-time nominee for the Orange County Business Journal’s Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Women in Business Awards, as well as the LA Times Inspirational Women Awards.
