Decide Faster

This week we did something a little different.

A rapid fire Q&A.

Quick questions. Quick answers.

No overthinking.

And it reminded me of something that matters more in business than people realize:

Decision-making speed.

Because one of the biggest things that slows people down isn’t lack of knowledge.

It’s hesitation.

Waiting for the perfect answer.
The perfect timing. The perfect certainty.

But in reality, that moment rarely comes.

And while you’re waiting…

Things stall.

Momentum slows. Opportunities pass.

One thing I’ve learned over time is this:

It’s better to make a decision and adjust…

Than to wait too long and do nothing.

Because even if a decision isn’t perfect, it creates movement.

And movement creates clarity.

You learn faster. You see what works. You see what doesn’t.

And if something needs to be fixed — you fix it.

That’s part of it.

No decision is final.

But not deciding?

That’s what actually holds people back.

So this week’s reminder is simple:

Decide.

Move.

Adjust if needed.

Because growth doesn’t come from waiting.

It comes from momentum.
